It’s finally Wednesday people! This week is flying by or maybe my list is so long that I’ve been busy every day. Either way I have no complaints! Today I’m going to share what I eat in a day! I have been getting a few questions about what I eat and my workout routine so I figured I would break them up into two different posts.  So let’s jump in to what I eat in a day!

BREAKFAST

It may not seem like much but it keeps me maintained until lunch.  The protein I drink I the FitMiss Delight Vanilla Chai flavor.  It seriously is so delicious! You can add water to the shake but I use Unsweetened Almond Milk Original flavor. I also drink a dietary supplement that helps with eating less and holding off hunger.

The pills I use are called Leanfire XT.  I’ve been using them for a while and it definitely works. I only take one a day even though the bottle recommends two.  It has a ton of caffeine so if you buy these make sure not to mix it with coffee.  You will get jittery.

LUNCH

lunch, what I eat in a day, avocado toat, watermelon, chile and lime seasoning, trader joe's, brunch, breakfast,Since I work from home lunch can vary.  Most times I like to make something simple because my schedule can be hectic depending on what I have going on.  Most days my lunch looks something like this.  Yes I am talking about the basic avocado toast.  It’s so basic that it’s the best meal!

I use 100% whole wheat toast, half an avocado, Everything but the Bagel Trader Joe’s seasoning, and some goat cheese. Omg it’s seriously so heavenly! If you are looking for something easy to make for lunch or breakfast this is definitely it! I also usually have it with a bowl of fruit.  Since it’s summer I’ve been reaching for summer fruit like pineapple or watermelon.

DINNER

tilapia, edamame, cauliflower rice, dinner, low carb dinner, what I eat in day, dinnerI don’t want to sound like a broken record but dinner can also vary (haha).  I mean this is what I eat in a day right? Doesn’t everyone eat different things every day? If it’s the weekend I usually go out to eat but during the week I tend to eat at home.  On this particular night I had tilapia, edamame and cauliflower rice. 

One thing I don’t like doing is limiting my selection of food so if I’m craving a burger, I will make a burger at home.  Like I said my dinner is the one that definitely varies the most.
