TGIF! I hope everyone is excited and ready for the weekend! It’s Father’s Day this weekend and can’t wait to celebrate with my dad. I also have a ton of work to do. If you watched my Instagram Stories you might have saw that I am planning on doing some changes to my blog. I’ve left it as is since I started but since I’ve been blogging for almost a year I realized it’s time to make some changes. Can’t wait to for you to see! Today’s post is going to be all about summer colors I’m loving!
I’m excited that we are finally getting some great weather here in Houston. It was rainy and ugly for a couple of weeks but I can’t get enough of this sunshine. Seriously almost every day has been a perfect pool day! There are certain colors I always seem to gravitate towards every summer. Two of those colors I’m wearing in this post today! I love white and blue for the summer.
Not only for summer but year-round! I know I know you aren’t really supposed to wear white after Labor Day but honestly it’s one of my go to colors in my wardrobe. I got this cute halter top during the Nordstrom Half Yearly sale. It’s so cute and I will definitely get so much use out of it this summer. These white jeans are my favorite! They are so comfortable and are amazing for the summer. Also they aren’t heavy and aren’t see through so thumbs up! The brand is Articles of Society and trust me you need them!
As far as the shoes, I recently shared these on my Instagram. They are so comfortable and seriously can go with everything. They can go with dresses, shorts, skirts, jeans, I mean everything! The purse is this Tory Burch Tote that I’ve had for a long time and it’s amazing! For earrings I’m wearing these cute and classic Kendra Scott earrings. The top I’m wearing is sold out but I’ve linked a similar one and everything else down below.
