As a blogger and having a full-time job coffee is a huge must in my life!  I know many of you that can relate. It’s simple.  Smile Brilliant will deliver a package that includes paste, molds, and the whitening gel.  If you get the sensitive kit yours will come with the sensitive gel & the whitening gel.  Once you receive your package, they will provide all the instructions to create the molds so that you can send them off and then they will send you back your trays.  (Honestly having trays is the best thing to have to whiten your teeth.) Once you receive your trays you can begin the whitening process! I started the process mid-February and now it’s the end of March.  I can definitely see a change and that a lot of the stains are gone! I started with a little amount of gel and would keep it in about 45 minutes to an hour.  Then as I started noticing that I wasn’t too sensitive to the gel I kept adding more to the trays and would have them on even longer.
