Hi friends! We have officially hit the middle of the week and I’m all about it. I’m so behind on things that I thought would already be done but I’ve decided that since it’s the holiday season it’s totally fine. Speaking of holiday’s, today I’m going to be sharing my Holiday Bucket List.
I shared my Fall Bucket List with you guys and you seemed to love it, so I figured why not do the same for the holidays! There are so many great things to do during the holiday season, but there are certain things I really want to do. I’ve been able to check a few of my list but with only a few weeks left of the holiday season I’m hoping for the best.
Let’s jump into the bucket list!
Make Christmas Cookies
One of the best parts of Christmas is all the delicious sweets and of course I mean cookies. I usually make these on Christmas Eve with my little sister.
Make Gingerbread Men/House
R & I have been making one of these every year! We try to stick to the boxes design but I’ve got some inspo this year so I can’t wait!
Take Christmas Photos
I love taking photos with Ryan and my pup. I think I have a few every year since we started living together so of course this year I want the same.
Go Ice Skating
Ice Skating is so fun and it just wouldn’t be the holiday season without it. I’m hoping to go either with R or with my little sister.
Drive around River Oaks to see Christmas Lights
In Houston, if you want to see lights and big houses there is no other place than River Oaks! We usually take Hot Chocolate and some cookies while we either walk or drive around.
Go to a Lights event in Houston
So technically, I can cross this off my list because I did this last weekend but I would love to do one like Zoo Lights or something.
Watch all the Netflix Christmas movies
Another one I’m pretty close to crossing off. I have watched most of them so if you need recommendations on some good ones I’m the one to ask!
Watch a Charlie Brown Christmas
I love all the Hallmark, Netflix, and Freeform Christmas movies but this one is a MUST every holiday season. I actually start from Halloween and watch every holiday there on out.
Eat Peppermint Everything
In the fall, I’m all about Pumpkin Spice everything and once Starbucks comes out with their famous holiday drinks. It’s bye PSL hello Peppermint Mocha! Trader Joe’s also has a ton of delicious Peppermint covered goodies!
Go to a Christmas Tree farm
I’m obsessed with the smell of Christmas trees so going to a Christmas Tree farm (even if I’m not going to buy one) it’s absolutely a must. Not gonna lie I don’t usually make it out to a Christmas Tree farm but my local tree seller is just as good.
I hope you guys enjoyed this post and as you can see, I’ve got my holiday season set up and ready to go. I would love to hear what’s on your bucket list this holiday season!
