Good Morning friends! I hope you guys are having a fabulous week! So, I know I had been complaining about the heat and guys the temperature dropped. I’m not talking about a normal drop either it’s pretty much winter in Houston now! Naturally I’m living it up! Today I’m going to be sharing another fun Halloween costume idea! This one is super simple, and you can do it with your bestie! This one is based off Gilmore Girls BFF’s, Rory and Lane!

Of course, the first person that came to mind when deciding on a bestie costume was my blogger bestie, Ressa. We both absolutely love Gilmore Girls and decided this was definitely the show we were going to base our Halloween Costume off of. Rory and Lane have one of the best friendships and tell each other EVERYTHING! Before picking pieces for our costume we did some research on Rory & Lane. We found a photo and decided that was the one we were going to try to mimic. I think we did pretty well and we added in another Gilmore Girls twist and yes I’m talking about these Luke mugs!

SHOP RORY COSTUME 

For my Rory costume, I wore a brown cardigan with a grey wrap scarf. She wears a brown leather jacket which I do have but was misplaced so I couldn’t use it for the shoot.  Even with the cardigan I think it totally worked out! Find a graphic of the “Luke’s” coffee sign. Print it out and take a white mug (plain or with minimal graphic/writing) and just tape it on!
