It’s Wedding Wednesday and I’m super excited for today’s post! If you follow me on Instagram you may have saw some tidbits of my bachelorette party this past weekend. Guys it was the best! After the hardest wedding planning year EVER, this was definitely needed. Today I’m going to be sharing my Austin Bachelorette Party!
I’m going to be breaking down my bachelorette by many different categories, including our schedule for the weekend! If you are about to get married and are worried about your bachelorette party during a pandemic trust me, I get it. I was where you were and I can tell you right now it’s totally doable! I originally was going to do my bachelorette in New Orleans but, decided to keep it close because of the pandemic. Let’s jump into my Austin Bachelorette Party!
INVITATIONS
You guys know I love ‘Friends’ so choosing a theme was EASY! I made these cute itineraries and used Paperless Post to send a digital invitation. How cute are they and btw they were my favorite price… FREE! You can get yours here!
ITINERARY
Thursday
- 8 PM: I have a junior bridesmaid in my group (my younger sister) so I wanted to do something to include her! We had a movie night watching Isn’t it Romantic filled with pizza, wine, and snacks!
- 11 PM: Ended the night with buying snacks and different drinks for the next day!
Friday
- 9:30 AM: Road tripped to Austin with MOH and two of my bridesmaids!
- 12:30 PM: Arrive in Austin and have lunch at Taquero Mucho. It’s the cutest girliest restaurant EVER and we stopped in for some tacos and drinks!
- 3:00-5:00 PM: We got the Airbnb, unpacked and started decorating! My MOH did AMAZING with all the decorations and my bridesmaids did awesome by helping her get everything set up.
- 5:00 PM: We made margaritas and started playing games that were gifts from Ryan for my bachelorette! They were both so fun and I’ll link the games for you guys!
- 5:30-6:45 PM: Chef arrived at Airbnb & started making our dinner. We continued to drink and play games!
- 7:00-8:00 PM: We got dressed in sequin attire and had dinner which was amazing! The chef is The Starving Gypsy and I found her information on Thumbtack. I highly recommend hiring a private chef for a great girls night!
- 8:15 PM: We took a bunch of fun pictures after dinner. Let’s just say we were definitely feeling the drinks! I made some cute little goodie bags, that I will go into more detail below, for the girls! They included cute PJs which were perfect for the lingerie shower.
- 8:30 PM: The lingerie shower was the sweetest! Everyone got me super cute lingerie and it was really fun guessing what everyone got. Btw I was HORRIBLE at guessing!
- 9:00 PM: Ended the night with playing another game and everyone was so exhausted that we went to bed!
Saturday
- 9:00-11:30AM: Started off our day with a picnic brunch from Picnic Parlour ATX and food from Phoebe’s diner!
- 11:30-3:30 PM: We got a bus for a wine tour from Keep Austin Wet! It was such a great time listening to good music and drinking! We went to one winery and one distillery and had the best time!
- 4:00-5:00 PM: We were VERY hungry after our tour so we decided it was time for pizza! We went to ABGB which is cool pizza spot that was close to our Airbnb!
- 5:30 to the end of the night!: Once we got back to the Airbnb we were all super tired. We put on Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, and Bridesmaids! Originally, we were suppose to dress up and celebrate Halloween but with everyone being so tired the movies was definitely the better bet! It was the perfect way to end our trip!
Sunday
- 9:00 AM: Wake up, pack up, clean and have brunch! We ordered in from Kerbey Lane; talked and relaxed for the last few moments of our trip. It was such a great way to say goodbye!
WHERE WE STAYED
My MOH and I found the cutest Airbnb that was close to a ton of restaurants and close enough to the city if we wanted to go out to a restaurant. We only visited one the entire visit but it was just a nice place to be in Austin! Our host was incredible and extremely communicative. It was a three bedroom, two bath home which was perfect and enough space for us! I’ll leave the link for the Airbnb here!
BRIDE TRIBE GOODIE BAGS
I made some really cute goodie bags with every girls name on it. They came with cute pjs, beads (because originally my bachelorette was suppose to be in New Orleans, candy (Halloween weekend), bride tribe buttons, a sash, and some cute champagne glasses! The champagne glasses are from Daisy Paperie and you can save 15% with code: Silvia15. You can shop them here! Everything was perfect for the weekend! I’ve linked everything from the goodie bags down below!
